All,

Should Chile recipes be included on the FAQ site ?
Please, please reply with your comments.

If so,...

o It is obvious that some selection criteria must be used.
It would not be practical to include every chile recipe that everyone might have.
Also, I think it would be counterproductive to list to have too many (more than a couple of hundred).

Let me suggest / propose the following:
o Tried, true and popular chile recipes
(I don't know what "true" means, but I've heard it said.)

o To keep the recipe FAQ website work reasonable:
No more than 6 recipes per person/site (for now)
The person that submits gets to select (I don't want to be judge)

o There are three circumstance (that I can think of):
1 Those who already have recipes on a website.
2 Those who have recipes, but no website.
3 Recipes well known to the list (e.g. "Doug's Evil Cookies")

Buy submitting recipe info you give me permission to put it on the FAQ site.
There is no guarantee that I will (but I'll try to get as many as practical).

(RisaG, MarkS, ChipW, KarenS, DougB and other hotluck mongers:
are you paying attention to this? - I am expecting some submissions)

Case 1 (website, yours or other):
I will put a link to the actual recipe.
For each recipe send:
	Category (optional)
	Recipe Name
	Recipe URL
Brief description: "25 words or less"

Case 2 (personnel, no website):
I will put a link to the recipe, which will be placed on the FAQ website.
	Category (optional)
	Recipe name
	Your Name and email (optional)
Brief description: "25 words or less"
	Actual Recipe

Case 3 (list favorite):
I will put a link to the recipe, which will be placed on the FAQ website.
	Recipe name
	Source or "List Favorite"
	Category (optional)
Brief description: "25 words or less"
	Actual Recipe

Others: please feel free to nominate a recipe.

In a separate category would be "general suggestions regarding preparation of chiles and chile recipes".
