Hi Paul , Thanks for that. I wouldn't have found it because that's another thing we say differently. Canning. Over here it is bottling. The clean up is going well and I am madly trying to have chilli plants ready for the inaugural Chilli Festival here in Perth next month. Bit hard being the Oz Chilli Man with no chillies. I see our prime minister just one day after their fires, kindly gave all of the fire victims in the nations Capital $10,000 each to help them out. No such luck here.I,m still awaiting insurance money to get my hot house rebuilt. I think I might write a letter to Mr Howard (our prime minister ) reminding him that his country extends over here as well.
