All,

I have just converted a compilation of Colonel Ian F. Khuntilanont-Philpott's Thai recipes into HTML format.  I have placed a link to this document in the Recipe section of the (unofficial) CHL FAQ/Info site (http://abarnhart.com/faq).  This HTML document includes 163 recipes!  

I received the original compilation from Shona Lamoureaux on 1/17/99. It is in zipped, MS Word format. I have not changed the recipes, and have retained all the anecdotal information.

I have sorted the index alphabetically, and readability, made quite a number of minor formatting edits, particularly with respect to the ingredient lists.

I welcome any corrections or related information.
