Hi Pods,
	  I appologise to all and sundry for my slow posts but lots of 
circumstances have forced me to spend less time on the list. 
I had a unannounced visitor several weeks ago, 

A young newbie to the Chile World Ken Sewell He Works for Byron Aircraft 
Engineering in Sydney , He got my name phone number and address off the 
local fruit and vegetable shop in Woolgoolga. Anyhow we met and I gave him 
some Tepin and Manzano Seed as well as some Thai seed, He gave me a bottle 
of Chile Beer which I duly tasted in the interests of Research and Give 
this Critique..

5.2 Alcohol by Volume 330 ml bottle

The Beer is naturally fermented according to the label and tastes as such.
The Chile inserted was about 2 inches long and appeared to be a C.annum 
type, I will write to the people and confirm this.
Beer had a Good Chile Hit and tasted O.K.

Read a Book this week that my Mother brought back from the USA, She got it 
in Louisiana last year title is Hot Peppers by Richard Schweid
1987 ISBN 0-941445-00-3.
Its a bit dated but makes for interesting reading mainly about the 
Louisiana Cajun Tabasco connection, with a couple of Recipies at the end, 
For Pickled Peppers, Chow Chow,Pepper Jelly,Boudin Blanc, Chicken 
Gumbo,Crawfish Etooufe,Langniape,and Red Beans and Rice..

Tepin Seed and Pequin Seed (Thai) for Aussie Chile-Head in Perth who lost 
all in Bushfire PLS send Postal Address (Mark Winterburn?) 

Of Interest to Tony Flynn in Nzed and Heads 
Eating Pipis, Eugaries off the beach (Bi Valve Clams to Merkins)
First time in 6-7 yrs they have been on our beaches.
Took some up to the Pistol Club and Gourmet Society and we just poached 
them in White Wine, Jims Powder,and Angoustoura Bitters, Ain't none left 
out of half a bucket..
Got them on Friday and Saturday morning Put them into blood temp sea water 
and changed it 3 times daily for fresh salt water after that, (500yds from 
the Beach)..
Fishing lighter now Tony 6lb line off the beach and 12 lb at sea.Looking 
to buy a light Fin Nor reel on Ebay next.
