O.K. I whizzed about 30-40 habs, a couple of tomatillas and some fresh garlic, couple of tsp of cider vinegar, little salt and fresh lime juice. I can't believe how little I got, maybe a half pint. Not sure what it is, but I dropped a little on the countertop and it ate right through. Kind of like that monster stuff in Alien. Whew, Cameron, this stuff is lethal!! Lips are still burning from the taste test. Gonna try it in a little stir fry tomorrow. Frizzin the rest of the habs, cut up and on a plate before they go in the baggie. Thanks for all the ideas.
