I'm in agreement with those put off by the vinegar taste of Tobasco although
their chipotle sauce isn't bad on a burger or some such. I'm not a big fan
of Frank's, either, but prefer it to Tobasco's regular product.

Thought I'd toss another into the mix, Texas Pete's hot sauce. I've bought
this at Sam's Club for a few years now and it is available in big jars for
pretty reasonable prices. I find it flavorful, though not hot. Anyone else
familiar with it?
