[CH] Seed exchange in Europe

hi there,
the semi-lurker is back - as I told you in my previous postings, I'm from
northern Italy and was wondering if there are some list-subscribers from
europe - central europe.
And more precisely - who wants to exchange seeds with me - I have quite a
few different types- especially some nice italian hot and sweet varieties.
And secondly I wanted to ask you all if you know some good sources for
Tomatillo-Seeds (Europe and US), as Tomatillo's relate very closely to
chiles in recipes :)
