I will be there for about the 9th? 10th? year in a row, most of them as an evil commercial type (exhibitor/vendor). I'll be pretty easy to spot- I've got 6' long 5' tall ladder truck going to be in the booth with me :-) Going to have the sauces going up the ladder rungs, which double as shelves. I've also gotten roped into doing a cooking demo of all things. Yup, me- mr recipe himself :-) Unlike most of the 'firehouse' cooks who seem to have time to whip up an 85 ingredient, 8 course meal, with a six hour prep time, I'm going to do a more realistic version of firehouse cooking- dump & forget :-) Heck, we were lucky we had time to eat yesterday.
