Hi,

I have followed this discussion with great interest.
In my humble opinion its even nice to get some various mails.
Call it spam or advertisement or what so ever, as it isn't insulting,
aggressive or humiliating  I don't care.
We do get it through snail mail everyday, if you like it you read it, or if
you don't you throw it away...

So Mr Jim DeLillo, I would like to ask you to put me on your mailing list as
I haven't seen it before, and I like to get information about (your) product
offerings... specially if it's about hot stuff.

Believe me, not everyone is agains spam, but you only hear those who are....
(and I'm sure I'm not the only one)
