Having created my fourth raised planter bed I am serious though perhaps not commercial. Any way I have found that a 1/2 to 3/4 inch layer of cocoa bean mulch works well. Also using some Superthrive this year because I was talked into buying a bottle. The peppers final containers have 1/3 Pro-Mix BX, 1/3 compost & 1/3 topsoil. Miracle Gro 15-30-15 at 1/4 to 1/3 strength is used when they look like they need it. This year am going to use Pro-Mix BX w/Mycorise inoculants. > >I'm always open to suggestions and was wondering what you think of this: http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/organic/msg0210120832456.html?97 > >Sounds like this might really be worth looking into. > >JohnT > >
