I think none of the varieties you have specified are large ones, so
shouldn't make much difference which you choose to put in pots and which
not.  (Yes, I know nearly any chile plant including these can get huge
under ideal growing conditions, but we're talking about relative size).

In general, C. baccatum plants are among the largest of chile plants, but
Lemon Drop is one of the smallest baccatums, so should do ok in a pot (5
gal. minimum, of course).  I have grown various C. chinense varieties
including habaneros in pots and had plentiful harvest of full-flavored,
full-heat fruits, so no qualms about growing that in pot, either (again, 5
gal. minimum).  Be sure they get sufficient water.
