sells "Scarecrow" motion-activated water sprayers to help keep deer away
from valuable plants (around $80 per sprayer). Now the company has begun
selling "Cat Stop" ultrasonic sound producers that are also activated by
motion (around $49 each); these target cats that dig in planting beds.
Both devices are available from some local retail garden suppliers or
directly from Contech Electronics. "Satisfaction guaranteed."
