while i'm here, i want to mention a sauce that i recently renewed an old friendship with...it's called floyd's hot lime, and it is delicious...key lime juice and habanero peppers, what's not to love...i had actually forgotten how good it is on fish...throw about a tablespoon in your next batch of ceviche, and see just how good it gets...or, just sprinkle a little on just about anything...marinate a chicken breast in it...you'll figure out how to use it within about two minutes of opening the bottle...and wish that you had ordered more... they probably have a web site, but i know that coyote moon handles it...(plug for a list member)...
