This is the recipe I got on another list. Instead of canning it (have no canning equipment), I just made 1/5 of the recipe. It was delicious and a great basis for those enchiladas. * Exported from MasterCook * JEANNE’S TOMATILLO SALSA Recipe By : Jeanne, TM Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 cups husked tomatillos -- chopped & cored 2 cups onion -- chopped 1 cup green chilies -- chopped 8 cloves garlic -- minced 4 teaspoons cumin 4 tablespoons cilantro -- minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 cups white vinegar 1/2 cup lime juice Combined all ingredients into a large stock pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle mixture into sterilized jars. Cap and seal. Process in a water bath canner for 15 minutes.
