Hi there. I just remembered that one of our Dutch members euologised on the merits of Chile Cheese and I was wondering if I could have a re-cap on that subject. Actually I have a very good Dutch friend who is coming over to England in May for a short visit. If there is a selection of Chile Cheeses available in the Nederlands, I would like to know what there actually is ( I am particularly fond of Jalapeno), but others would be equally acceptable.
