Doug, I had no idea there was a Vancouver Island in California! Yeah, yeah I know thats Canada, not Cali. While I don't have the liquid form of chipotle, I do have the crushed chipotle pepper which I gleefully use on whatever sneaks onto the dinner table. Tonight it was spaghetti. Of course I should send just as much thanks to Linda Painter, who graciously sent it to me, as well as Mr. Campbell.
