Hi Matt, Finally had a few minutes to look into this for you. Ted was right about the USDA search, Snip: >From other USDA searches, it appears to be from Brazil and seeds are >typically hard to come by. They have them in their database under Capsicum baccatum var. pendulum: http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/npgs/html/tax_site_acc.pl?S9%20Capsicum%20ba ccatum%20var.%20pendulum Scroll down to #231 & you'll see: PI 497974 Chapeu de Frade Clicking on the # brings you to: http://www.ars-grin.gov/cgi-bin/npgs/html/acchtml.pl?1392910 If you scroll down to bottom of page, you'll find: Vouchers for accession Type: Computer image. Taken by: Jarret, R., USDA, ARS. On: 08/02/2002. Fruit Image. Click on Fruit Image & you'll see a very nice picture of it. It does look like the Bishop's Crown I grew last year except the "lobes" of the Chapeu are turned down in the USDA picture as opposed to them being horizontal on the Bishop's Crown I grew. I do have to disagree about one thing Ted wrote, "and seeds are typically hard to come by." USDA site reports, Snip: Availability Material is available for distribution. The normal amount distributed is 5 seeds. Just order seeds from them! Hope this helps, Paul
