Hi Helen, My husband wants to put a clove in the middle of each meatball and make fiery little appetizers. I so far have just eaten it out of the jar but I think it would be fantastic fried with hamburger or added to spaghetti sauce and of course don't forget the Ceasar's and Martini's!
