>From: "Parkhurst, Scott Contractor" My CH wife acts like she's walked >into a brick >wall when entering the house. That's how it is for me at home, too. Whether the hazard comes from pepper dust or pepper fumes, I have the highest tolerance in the household. So I make sure I can do anything outside (weather permitting). I have a patio with a table and an electrical outlet, so I can run a food processor or grinder. I also have a small single-coil electric burner, two sizes of crock pot, and two sizes of electric skillet. BTW any of this could be run at a state park campsite with a table and electricity. Then I have portable stoves (pauses to count) three butane, two propane, and one gasoline. That's not to mention the, um, five grills. So with all that and some knives, bowls, and cutting boards, I can do a lot of pepper processing outside. It keeps a lot of fumes out of the house, but I refuse responsibility for the dog-walkers that pass by on the way to the park... - A _________________________________________________________________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
