Well, I think I need to make ammends here... Knowing as we all do about the 'evil corporate types' out there (of which I strive to be!), I nonetheless closed a good sized deal (good sized for me anyway) with Melinda's. It now seems I must add them to the ever growing list of sauces that I can't comment on without extensive disclaimers :-) Indiana grown chiles headed to Costa Rica for a Belize hot sauce- go figure :-P Doubly danged I guess, since I'm also contributing to 'globalization'. Instead of wearing sackcloth and ashes for atonement, here are some of my favorite recipes instead: 1.) Macaroni & Cheese Chipotle- make mac & cheese & add chipolte. 2.) Lemon Seared Chicken breast & Aji Amarillo- make lemon seared chicken breast & add aji amarillo. 3.) Marinated Chicken & chipotle sauce- Buy McNuggets & pour on chipotle sauce. 4.)
