Well, if we're talking about the product called "pure cap" that comes in a child proof vial nested in a child proof prescription medicine container, it clocks in at a paltry one million scoville units. Still, it is enough to remove paint. (I'm not joking, some of it dripped on the label and took all of the paint off!)
