I can help out on one item.  GNS did not let their pvp expire.  The
trademark registry requires a second filing between the 7th & 8th years
of ownership- basically a 'yeah I'm still using it and it's active' type
of thing.  Their PREVIOUS lawyer didn't follow through on that & there
was a temporary lapse in the (R) & (TM).  That has since been corrected
and all is in good shape.

Here's a thought I'll throw open to the list.  Just a thought.  If
things don't work out, maybe we can pick the order for Grey Bear at the
open fields & then all they have are the costs of sending them out. 
Still substantial for shipping, but might work out to be cheaper.  any
thoughts?

BTW- Extreme Cuisine is supposed to be airing the show that I was on
again sometime this week.  It ran Sunday I guess (from the volume of
e-mails!) & is supposed to air again according to one of the e-mails
received.
