Ah  Father James,

I see we went to the same type cooking school.

Tonight I wasn't very hungry,  so I had a couple grilled
cheeze sandwichs,  Crowly Extra Sharp and sprinkled
with some dried ground serrano's

Spice up some Dinty Morre beef stew, 1/8 to 1 tsp of your fave or whats on
hand chile powder, Heat it on a stove,

Got a cold, Saute a couple chiles in olive oil and 1 minced garlic clove,
When garlic turns color add to cold chicken soup, a nd a pinch of ginger and
warm up on the stove.
No cold, leave out the gignger.

Use the above Saute, add to scrambled eggs .

Add some chile powder or sauce to a hotdog to improve the bark.

Never go to McD's without something to add to the soy burgers.
