Hi there C-H's. Just been very greedy with some Hot Chiles I bought from the
Supermarket. I was fascinated by the Glass Jar which was filled with an
assortment of Green, Yellow, Orange and Red chiles. Some 31/4 of an inch
long, some of varying lengths in between this and 21/2 inches. Pickled in
Salt water and Vinegar.

These were bottled by this Greek firm for a British Company 'Bevelini' and I
just wanted to tell y'all how beautiful they really are. Well I just had to
sample them, didn't I? and boy, were they hot! Wow! Some of them are
Banana's, others I would guess as being African Bird. Others I haven't a
clue.But all of them have Heat! Lots of lovely Heat!
