Yep, growing season started for me on Saturday.  Planted 12 cayenne
plants...they were given to me...all transplants were 2.5 feet tall
already.  Beggers can't be choosers!  I also planted 12 grape (santa
variety) tomatoe plants.  mmmmm

No room for the Bulgarian carrots <pout>

I did end up putting in 4.4 cu. ft. of spagnum peat and about 6 bags of
topsoil from good ol' LaPorte, Indiana.  Should do fine this year.
