[CH] Source for fresh NM Chiles

I know that this has probably been asked and answered many times before, but what are some good sources for buying un-roasted NM chiles to roast and freeze myself? My wife's family is from Sante Fe and in the past we've been able to have relatives send or bring us chiles. We've also found some farms in Eastern Washington (around Yakima) that started some crops from Hatch seeds, but it's just not the same - not enough heat.
My wife's family has always sworn by Hatch, but in the past we've also had good product from Las Cruces.
I'd buy mail-order or on-line, but it would also be nice to find a local (Seattle) supplier.
