Here we call it simply raw fish. Origin in the Islands. Nice fresh Snapper
cut into small pieces and marinated overnight in Lime or Lemon juice. plus
onion Then add Coconut cream serve chilled. Beautiful!!
Had an couple of visitors from the list recently. Steve and family( lovely
baby daughter) from Tauranga and Geoff Cavanagh from Brisbane, Oz who is
visiting his sister in NZ.
Really neat to meet more of the great people of this list.
