Hi all --
I have just joined this list and wanted to send out a note to introduce
myself before I start adding to conversations.
My name is Jeremy(as noted in the "from" line!) and I live in the somewhat
pepper friendly climate of North Carolina. My obsessions with peppers
started when I was young, in fact on my 18th birthday I got my first tattoo
of a chili. This will be my first year of having a large garden dedicated to
many different kinds of peppers, as well as other vegetables used in my hot
sauce recipes.
I will probably be asking more questions than answering, but hopefully I can
bring some value to the list!
