There is another type of lawyer??????????? I am a water lawyer for the
New Mexico State Engineer. For those chile heads out in the arid west, I
am trying to get you water to drink, water to grow chiles, water to the
Rio Grande Silvery Minnow(and all the endangered fish on the Colorado
and Pecos River), and water to all the rivers that run through it.
