Hi there CH's. Bet y'all remember the song 'On top of Old Smokey'? Well I
just tasted another 'Old Smokey'.
Remember (Am I pushing the grey cells a bit too much?) me saying my better
half was on the point of treating me to the taste of Smoked Cayenne
Chipotle? Well I did get a taste and I have to say, compliments to the Chef,
because it was rather nice. Lovely smokey flavour, not overdone. Heat
wise.....well I reckon it was hot, but it came a shade short of my home made
'Hab Sauce'. But then, I would say that, being a shy, unasuming Limey. If I
was to rate it, then it would have to be 6 out of 10.

The make? The name? Infernally easy, but oh dear now, that would be
advertising wouldn't it? But it is brewed in Canada and thats a notch for
the Canadians. If you are really wanting to know, I will tell you, but off
