Well Chile-fans, Saturday I received my first shipment from Mild-Wild jc, and put the Red Savina powder and the Red Savina/Garlic sauce on a 3 egg omelet with genuine Stilton cheese(from the old country), green chile and capers. Man, was it to die for. The flavor was deliiiiiiiiiiiicious.I got the cheese from the "Whole Food Market" in Albuquerque. By the way, they have fresh orange habaneros and Thai hot hybrid chiles, in addition to all the regular Poblanos, (which Smiths calls Pasillas in California language), Jalapenos, Fresnos, Anaheims, Serranos and Big Jims, as well as all the dried, smoked chiles, etc. Perry the New Mexican caliente caballero.
