Thanks to all for your great suggestions. In Hindsite, as it were, I should have listened to you about cutting the peppers ahead of time & storing. That would have avoided the Hunan Hands, Hunan This, and Hunan That for the entire weekend....oh well. I did try those new disposable cutting boards - they were great. I think I paid $4.25 for a package of 20. Great for cutting up chicken & the FISH from the lake. We're heading to VT in a couple of weeks for the New England BBQ Championships - any one else going??
