Hi Walt,

due to lack of time I'm a little behind reading the ch mail.... as
always....
So you go the Frico cheese and were a little disappointed.
I know its not hot as we might experience it... but for non CH's it's quit
hot.
 I add some  of Jim's ground  red savina powder on to it when I put  this
cheese on my bread in the morning.
That compensates a lot and makes it a real eye opener ....;-)
