Jim, I believe you are correct on that. If I remember correctly, I spoke to Vicki a few times, several years ago. They had a drought year early on. After that, they kept pepper mash and frozen product sufficient to get them through a drought year. However, they had two in a row and it was just too much. Somewhere there is a wealthy pepper farmer, but so far he hasn't identified himself.
