ok, i've got poblanos (these are frozen from last year) I've got serranos I've got some semi hot pepper tom got at the grocers I've got Paul Prudhomme's spice mix from Seasoned America that have guajillo and anjo chilies as well as a truckload of other spices. I've got corn and green peppers, onions and tomatoes I've got black beans... it's a simmering, oH MY it's HOT. But good..... It might win in a chili cook-off , it might, it might! I'll share the recipe in a bit. Oh, and I based it on Paul Prudhomme's book so it is NOT lowfat....pan drippings ad flavor, so I can't make my chili this way *all* of the time. :)
