I am new to the list.... but I have to say that Melinda's 4**** Reserve 
Original Habanero Sauce  is one of the best... whereas Tobasco etc list the 
first ingredient as vinegar, Melinda's is Habanero peppers, then carrots, 
onions, lime juice, vinegar, and garlic in that order. So the taste is not 
the sharp vinegary one but a well rounded flavour with tons of good habanero 
heat!  Good enough to shake on pizza.

I can't live without it anymore!
