Try contacting Bill Botkin at http://www.redfoxsalsa.com  He's been
known to occasionally lurk on the list (don't know about the moment
though) & would probably be happy to answer your questions.  He made the
jump from home made/stove top to evil corporate type with his salsa a
few years ago.  He still has a day job flying 767's to South America so
he might be a few days in answering.
