Hi
i love vidalia onions (will try the to make the grilled ones tonight- with a 
bit of chile).  i thought i read somewhere how to freeze vidalia onions.  i 
love them and want to use them when i make salsa. the vidalias are in the 
store now and my peppers and tomatoes have just been planted.  help!
