I think that is Whiteflower Farms --they bought Shepherds Seeds awhile back.  
They are/were based in Santa Cruz where the original owner lives and grows 
the seeds.

Renee Shepherd is wonderful and has a great collection of recipes!  She used 
to always include a few in the catalog, but once Whiteflower Farms bought her 
out---no more recipes.
