I've never used it, but I'll bet it's just a can of propane gas.
A twenty pound (barbeque size) propane can with an evacuation hose attached
would provide enough gas (boils at 40 below zero, approx) to freeze wasps, 
hornets,
neighbors, horses ... and a refill is only 7 bucks.  Once out of pressure 
container, the temp of propane drops to its boiling point.  Easy to freeze 
your own skin if it gets on you in any appreciable amount.
