It is normally quite thick, and the tapered bottle make it difficult to
shake up.  Plus, the sauce usually clogs the neck of the bottle!

I used to shake the bottle by holding the base and swinging it side-to-side.
I did that in the lunch line at the cafeteria one day without making sure
the cap was secure.  Chipotle sauce flew all over me, the counter, and the
shirt of the guy next to me.  Luckily, he was a friend, and didn't deem it
necessary to do phyisical harm!

(Yes, I did pay for his shirt =8^)
