When I worked at Indrapura resturant in Albuquerque, way back in college days, we served a Hot Peanut Butter sauce using "Sambal Badjak." (spell check?) Try your Thai food stores. A pan was kept gently warmed on the back of the grill. The sauce was mostly poured over deep fried cubes of pork but is good with a variety of foods. Sorry, no recipe, the owner didn't use measuring devices, other than eye and tongue. enjoy, mike ___________________________________________________________________ Get the Internet just the way you want it.
