I'm a bit confused I must say. I thought Chipotles are smoked Jalapenos... But on the Hottest Pepper site where various cultivars are being rated in scoville range Chipotles seem to be listed as it's own cultivar? Am I reading the page wrong? Dazed and confused, but at least planted peppers! "Ancho Nachos" today :) Oh btw.... often I'll get a new plantlet and there are *two* plants intertwined together when I get them home in the seed starter container. What is the best way to handle this? I have split some of them into separate plants very carefully with success.... but is this best? If so, what is the best way to mitigate root stress?
