I have not tried this myself as my computer set up is so full of equipment that there is not a square inch of space to tuck a plant. However.......in the past, the son of an acquaintence nurtured and maintained plants of an (ahem) controlled substance with apparently impressive results by setting them in spots that are in the exhaust area of his computer and peripherals. (Apparently those little fans exhaust a lot of heat). I never got to see his "garden" but his mother found it when she dropped in for a surprize visit a few years back. I guess he explained it as an "experiment" and found other pursuits. Gee think of all that energy going to waste. Maybe baby pepper plants would like to cosy up to a computer. -- Andie Paysinger & the PENDRAGON Basenjis,Teafer,Cheesy,Singer & Player asenji@earthlink.net So. Calif.
