Fellow ChDs, Long ago, one of us who had been to a Fiery Foods Expo posted winning formulations in multiple categories. One was a Cajun Mustard with a woman's name attached which comes from So Calif, as I recall. The poster was kind enough to remind me of the name and location once before, kindness and graciousness being ChD personality traits, but it is (alas and alack) lost among my "saves." Two requests: tired as I am of little jars of disappointing "store boughts" could the original poster remind Alz and me of the concoction's name and whereabouts again? 2. Would anyone else please feel free to tell me the name and acquisition method for your favorite Cajun Mustards?
