I would sincerely hope the US State Dept would require an end user
certificate from anyone with 50kg of pure capsaicinoid or 4.5 tonnes of OC
to sell..! and I BELIEVE this request should be passed onto a relavent
UNITED STATES FEDERAL AUTHORITY, CIA, FBI, etc with some degree of urgency.

50kg's at USD12,500 a gram=certified food grade (SIGMA CHEMICALS) -

pricing a couple of years ago comes to about
50x1,000x12,500 =
USD 625 million dollars.
Allowing a discount for volume purchasing this is still comes in as a fairly
good sized order with a chance of someone realising a decent sort of
commision..
Hell I'll take the cash, if they are ready to pay it .. but a TT into a
numbered Cayman Islands bank account of mine I'm prepared to set up will
do..
Even non food grade comes to about AUD 23.5 million
at $470 AUD a gram ..
And they say you can't make money on the Internet..
Mike Bowers, please float the Chile-heads list on the stock exchange, issue
us with member shares and sell a couple of million. we could all retire and
get to live out our chile fantasies on the strength of this prospective
sale..of course we would have to take a kickback (er brokers fee) from SIGMA
of say a couple of kilos for personal use <G>..
