Glad to see the recipe lives on for this scrumptious dish. I still make mine the same way, although I am more inclined these days toward mincing the chicken or even putting it in the food processor than cutting it into bite size pieces. It plays to raves, I still crave it, and as my friends will attest, I have been known to become completely obsessive in my quest in the winter to find enough fresh basil to cook it with. Not to worry this time of year, however, my Siam Queen basil is ready to pick and I plan on whopping up a batch of this dish over the 4th of July weekend. I wish you all a great summer!
