How recent? I looked through all the recipes posted since May 30 and didn't find it. I snag all the recipes that cross my monitor from this echo. I do have a Bsail Chicken recipe from the Chileheads Archives that I'll tack on. It may or may not be what you're looking for. When I make it I use serrano or Thai bird chiles instead of the jalapenos called out in the recipe. I like jalapenos, but they just don't work well in this dish. For cooking management software for the MAC your choices are pretty limited AFAIK... less so than mine with the Amiga, but... limited. Mastercook Mac seems to be your only option if you wish to exchange recipes cross-platform. I was just at my local (Not So) Best Buy last night and saw Mastercook Mega Pak (or something) offered with three different databases of recipes for $19.95 after a $20 mail-in rebate. Box said Win9X/MAC compatible. I think I saw the same thing at SAM'S.
