I worked as an EMT/Fireman for the County Civil Defense where I grew up, and have served on several volunteer outfits. Lost my certification many years ago, though. We had two other guys of the crew that were chile heads as well, even though the only peppers we could get (or knew about, for that matter, were Jals and dried japones.
