*	Olive oil by itself
*	Olive oil w/chopped garlic
*	Chopped garlic, sauteed in olive oil till just golden add a little
more oil if necessary
*	Olive oil with balsamic vinegar (pour a little of each on a plate,
swish chunck of bread in to mingle the flavors - yummmmm)
*	Any variation of the above adding in chopped peppers (your choice)
to your taste

Anyone have some recipes for olive oil based sauces for dipping bread?
Perhaps an Italian type recipe and a Southwest recipe with some chiles?
